PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
For larger quantities or large series, it is advisable to produce the desired felt with dimensionally accurate cutting dies (+/- 0.5 mm).
Wiler Filz AG works with competent partners for the production of cutting dies, so that the customer receives "everything from a single source".
PROPERTIES
With the help of dimensionally accurate cutting dies, large quantities can be produced in a short time. The use of a cutting die can be worthwhile from as little as 500 pieces. If feasible, we are also happy to punch the felt using the cutting die provided by the customer.
INTENDED USE
The range of applications for custom-made felt punched parts extends from stars for the Christmas season to complex shapes for industrial applications.
